At Ragazzi's, we refuse to be a typical restaurant. In
fact, we've thrown out more prepared sauce salesmen than
anybody we know. Our sauces were not designed by
corporate chefs. In fact, we purchased all of our
sauce recipes from an
Italian family who have been in the restaurant business
for over 60 years. The tomatoes are hand crushed
with the fresh basil added right at the end. Our
tomato sauce simmers for hours to bring out all the
flavor. So choose your favorite dishes,
let us do all the cooking and you can kick back,
relax and enjoy all of the praise! |
